- All moves and deliveries must be arranged through the office. Moving is only permitted using the west elevator (padded). Moving and deliveries are not permitted on weekends.
- Maintenance is due 1st of the month. A 10% late fee is assessed after 10th of the month.
- A copy of your apartment keys must be given to the office (for emergency use only)
- The exterminator comes the 2nd Friday of each month. If you are not going to be home please inform the office, in writing to let the exterminator in your apartment.
- Please call the condo office if you are planning to do work in your apartment.
- Free “Purified Water” is available in the 5th floor laundry room.
- No pets are allowed in the building. This include visitor’s dogs, gold fish and birds.
- Guests cannot stay more than 2 weeks
- The use of roller blades in the building is prohibited
- Please use the rear elevators when moving bikes in and out of the building.
- No cooking on balcony.
- Do not hang anything over your balcony
- Shoes and tops must be worn in the building
- Rinse off sand when returning from the beach. There is a shower room on first floor, for your convenience.
- Pool hours are 8:00 a.m to sunset
- Topless bathing is not allowed on the pool deck
- When using sun tan oil, please place a large towel on the lounge chairs.
