How do I dispose of garbage?
Regular garbage is disposed of through garbage chutes located at the end of each floor. All garbage shall be in plastic bags and tied. (

How do I “buzz” in my guests from the front door?

  • Turn to channel 35 on your TV. Its is a security camera which will let you see who has requested entry into the building.
  • Press 9 on your phone to open the door.

When is construction permitted?

  • The construction hours are Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00p.m. Construction is not permitted on weekends.
  • No parking for contractors, unless owner provide parking space

What are the procedures for renting out an apartment?
Purchaser or tenant must present a of contract/lease in person to the board office along with a copy of Building Documents/By-Laws and a valid driver’s license to pick up an application. $100 application fee is required. Written approval must be obtained from the Board prior to closing or occupancy by the tenant.

Requirements for buyers/tenants

  • History of residence for the last 10 years
  • If applicable, buyer/tenant’s former names
  • A letter of “good conduct” from each local Police Department specifically indicating that buyer/tenant has no “Criminal or Incident” record.
  • If another person intents to move in with you, they have to apply for an application in the office and be approved by the Board of Directors.
